Red Carrot Cabbage Salad - Plant Based Recipe

Red Carrot Cabbage Salad 

Yield: Feeds 2 People Prep time: 15min Total time: 20min 

INGREDIENTS 

Organic Red Cabbage | 1⁄2 head Organic Carrot | 2 Organic Green Onions | 2 Sherry Vinegar | 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil | 1/8 Cup Spices | Black Pepper, Oregano, Thyme 

DIRECTIONS 

  • Thinly slice red cabbage. Place in large salad bowl. 
  • Mix sherry vinegar, avocado oil and spices in a separate container. Mix and spread over red cabbage. Place red cabbage in refrigerator for 15min. 
  • While cabbage is in refrigerator grate carrots until there is a small handful. Add to red cabbage salad. 
  • Cut green onion into 1⁄4 inch pieces. Add to red cabbage salad. 
  • Enjoy.
