Quick Pickled Onions - Easy Health Recipe

Quick Pickled Onions 

Yield: One Batch Prep time: 15min Total time: 20min 

INGREDIENTS 

Red Onion | Two Apple Cider Vinegar | 1 Cup Filtered Water | 1 Cup Salt | 1 Tsp Sugar | 1 TbsDIRECTIONS 

  • Cut onion in half. Thinly slice into half moon shapes. Break apart onion into individual slices. 
  • Place cut onion into mason jar. Once jar is stuffed with onions fill jar with 1 part water to one part apple cider vinegar. 
  • Add salt and sugar. 
  • Mix ingredients and place in refrigerator for at least 24 hours for pickling. Enjoy for 1-3 weeks on tacos, bowls, etc.
